Project Structure

Team Description

Implementation team consists of experts from the Czech Republic and Socialist Republic of Vietnam (SRV). Its members have experiences with project implementation of the development cooperation projects, and with residence in the SRV. They graduated from and are active in the following disciplines: sociology, Vietnamese studies, medicine, genetics, pedagogy, psychiatry, social work, history, etc.

Basic scheme of the project management

 

The red underscore lines designate subjects and citizens of the SRV, blue designate subjects and citizens of the CR. The scheme also indicates how it will be possible to transfer introductory managing structure into Vietnamese institutions and partners hands (discontinued lines).
